CNC Design & Prototyping
A forward thinking approach is paramount and at the heart of our design practice, confidently translating an idea from inception to creation. Allowing for CNC Informed Design decisions that take into consideration factors such as tooling and Order-Of-Operation principles to achieve the required finish and shaping.
Utilising modern fabrication techniques such as 3- axis CNC manufacturing tied with AutoCad Fusion360 to aid rapid prototyping for small products. Adept with multi-tool toolpath creation and g-code translations for small format 3-axis machinery. We would welcome the opportunity to explore further into working with large format 3-axis and 5-axis machining. Key Understanding of the importance of Feeds & Speeds calculations and correct tooling choices for differing material choices. ​
